Development Updates
Work has started on developing our old pond area. This week we took delivery of several tonnes of sand! Watch this space for further progress. We are planning for The Bromstone Beach area to be open to children on the last day of Term 6 - the final "Freedom Friday".
Mud kitchen - Our site team are very talented. They have been busy making a big mud kitchen for our outdoor life area out of recycled materials.
August – Work has begun on the sensory garden. Many of you told us that your children needed calm, quiet spaces to sit and play. As the pond was no longer in use, we thought this would create the perfect space, providing shade, natural woodland space, an enrichment area with plants, herbs and flowers blooming throughout the year.
The ball pit – Back by popular demand, the ball pit has been moved to a new location, where it can be used all year round. We are aiming to have the new play area's open for Term 1.
Work has begun on the previous ball pit and the sledge hill into a tyre hill for the children to explore through play.
