WHY DO RIGHTS EXIST?

In Year One our Big Question is...

Why should children have the right to play? 

This term we will pose the question ‘What are rights?’ We will be exploring rights through some interesting texts that will inspire your children to question the world, begin to understand rights and the importance of having rights. We will begin our learning by reflecting on Black History Month and thinking about the rights of all members of society.
